Scott-Banzai Homes is the oldest family owned and operated Manufactured Housing business in the Metro-East area. Founded in 1963, this past October marked our forty-fifth year in business. Scott-Banzai Homes is franchised with Redman Homes a division of Champion Homes. Scotty’s most important asset is his employees. Scotty’s most important goal is to furnish his customers with important factors that a wise customer expects,such as Service after the Sale and a Quality Home. Service after the sale means exactly what it says; Scotty & Redman do not forget the customer after they’ve collected the money. Quality is assured, because of the manufacturer’s 70 plus years of continuous operation with the employment of better than forty percent AMISH CRAFTSMEN. Scotty and Redman celebrated in 2005, one hundred and ten years of combined experience in the Factory Built Housing Industry. Redman Homes, as a component of Champion Homes, the worlds largest builder of single family homes, provides “More Bang for the Buck”. WHAT WE OFFERShingled roof, Vinyl Sided Singlewides, Double Sectional Ranches, and true Modular Homes. All of the Homes we market today are available in Tape & Finished Drywall. We offer a huge variety of H.U.D. Coded and Modular Houses. Recently we added HANDICAPED AND WHEELCHAIR FRIENDLY HOMES to our offerings. At no other time in our History have we been able to make changes in our ordered Homes as we can today.
Our H.U.D. Coded Houses come in a variety of shapes and colors of your choice. Our Modular Homes are available also in a variety of shapes and color choices. We offer Ranches, Cape Cods, Duplexes and Two Story’s. We also act as a General Contractor for most of our customers. Installations, basements, crawl spaces, piers, foundations, footings, driveways, sidewalks, garages, car-ports, porches, decks, heating, air conditioning, electrical, plumbing, plastering, carpentry, excavating and any other type of building product it would take to satisfy the needs of our customers. The President of our Company,Kevin P. Wilson, has over thirty years experience in the Industry and oversees all installations. Our core hours at each Sales Center are Monday Thru Saturday from 9:00 A.M. Till 5: 00 P.M. Open Sunday’s by appointment. We do offer extended hours at both Sales Centers, by appointment. We will certainly try to meet your time requirements, since you are in the process of making one of the most important buying decisions of your life.
